I found the last 2 sites by googling child photography classes. There were many addresses in the response which I did not check out.

Check out this site http://www.howtophotographyourbaby.com/. Also, he has a facebook page here http://www.facebook.com/howtophotographyourbaby, where he has people submit pictures that he critiques and gives suggestions on making/taking better pictures. It shows up in my news feed and is really helpful.
