I'm a huge fan of NOT USING PULLUPS. Sometimes the change should be fast and quick and not using the diaper/pullup as a crutch. It feels like a diaper, I don't care if it makes them feel wet. It's just a time that you have to deal with accidents and frequent clothes changes. They will get it a lot more if they have accidents and wet clothes they can see. I used to let my girls walk around with out clothes on the bottom for awhile too.. it made it easier.
Gerber has a 'training" underware...that is cloth and is like regular underware but has a little extra material to hold a little more stuff.
Get away from the pull up...it does nothing but cause more problems. Most problems you here are when pull ups are used.
Your telling your child to go on the potty..but they are still wearing a diaper in their minds...so why bother.
Go shopping for fun underware that she likes...and mention that you don't want to pee on the pictures of (ie. little mermaid) or something.
Good luck
