Go and get an exam from the doctor but sometimes when progesterone falls it will give symptoms of being pregnant.
Any moms out there in pre menopause who swears she's pregnant all the classic symptoms (been there 5 times!) but hpt is negative!

Yep, twice and I know a few friends this happened to also.
Scary. I would sh*t if I got pg right now, holy mackerel!
Could just be part of the perimenopause doing weird things to you. I have felt pregnant during the last 5 years on several occasions. Hopefully its just whacked out hormones. I'd go in for a check up just to ease my mind tho.
Chances are that you arent, but it's definitely not impossible for it to happen. When was the last time you menstruated?
Time to see the doctor!
My SIL had her daughter 3 months before she turned 48 so it is possible. If I were you I would go ahead and schedule a doctor's appointment to get a definite answer.
Call your OB! I had a customer that told me her OB said she was in menopause and she doesn't have to worry about birth control anymore! She had 2 kids 22 and 25 and was pregnant (and totally unhappy about it) with "triplets" !!!! I don't mean to scare you but you better call your OB ASAP!Good Luck ;)
Our Aunt had her last child at 50...
Totally pre menopause...
Hi S., yes, when my periods started spreading out (at about age 42) and three months went by, I got a little nervous and kept taking tests that all came out negative.
Of course, it was a ridiculous idea since I actually had my tubes tied when I was 30. But prior to that I got pregnant at the drop of a hat, I was thinking if ANYONE's gonna be that .01% it's probably me!
So, yeah, I understand the feelings you are having.
:)
