Primrose off Heritage Trace?

First - I agree the Primrose curriculum is very good. But there's more to daycare than just the curriculum.
How it is implemented, and the overall mood of the facility, is very dependant upon the individual facility and owners/managers.

My kids used to attend Primrose on Heritage Trace. We pulled them over a year ago due to communication issues with the teachers & management, turnover, and behavioral problems with our son. Three other families we know left within the next 6 months for the same reasons. I did like the young toddler rooms, but once the kids moved to the older pre-school and pre-k rooms we were not at all happy. I knew families whose children went to Primrose Parcwood Hill and loved it, then moved to the Heritage Trace location and were very disappointed.

We moved to Childrens Lighthouse on Shiver, it's just down the road from the Primrose and is a wonderful facility! The problems my son had at Primrose vanished at Lighthouse within days and he continues to thrive there in the private kindergarten program.

I work at a Primrose School in TX, and quite frankly not becuase I work there, Primrose is really the Leader in Educational Childcare. Our Curriculum is designed to appeal to kids interests and Teacher's are really committed to educate children.
I love my job and both of my children are attending Primrose, both of them learned sign language and my 20 months old uses it a lot.

Not every school is the same, but I can tell you that Primrose is one of the best.

I have a friend who is a teacher at Primrose. She has the two year olds, I think, but I do not know at exactly which location she works. She loves the school, and is crazy about the kids. I've met one of the other teacher's there and she teaches the next oldest class above my friend's. They have many good things to say about their employer, and happy teachers make happy students. My son goes to Primrose of Parkwood Hill, which is very close to the one at Heritage. He has been there since 8 months (now 2). We love it, and we have found nothing that even comes close to it. The director and asst directors are wonderful, and so are his teachers. He learned sign language from the beginning (I had to have a sign language dictionary bookmarked on my computer to see what he was saying before he could even talk), and when he went to the 2 year old class, he started learning Spanish and counted to 5 for me out of nowhere yesterday. He knows so much that it absolutely shocks me, and I have Primrose to thank. He loves going and loves his teachers and friends.
