Sorry to not know exactly. I have a lot of this too- I think I pushed too hard when it wasn't time? Where I pointed you has helped me.
So After three kids I have a prolapsed uterues and bladder. On a scale of 1 being the least amount and 4 being the worst prolapsed I am at a 2. The doctor said eventually I will probably need a partial hysterectomy, maybe 10 years from now. I am 39. So she says its not that bad but I am kind of over having pain with sex. It seems like it comes out of no where. like i got hit in the stomach. Big ouch!! I can deal with the leakage when I laugh but the pain with sex its just to much. It just seems that removing my uterus is a pretty big deal, especially since it may force me into menaupause prematurely. That is one of my main concerns. I would love to hear opinions from you if you have had this procedure done or if you know of a friend who had it done and how it turned out for them. and BTW, definitely done having kids, so that isn't a thought. Thanks a bunch in advance. Just need some outside advice!

My friend had the same thing. Had hysterectomy and life is so good for her.
I would recommend looking into exercises that strengthen your core and pelvic muscles. Not just Kegels..in fact that doesn't do as much as everyone toutes. So many more muscles are effected.
Pilates is good for the core. Squats work the glutes which will not only help you have a toner bottom but strengthens the muscles that hold everything down below, including your pelvic muscles.
Someone posted the instructions for a "broom stick twist" or you can look it up. It helps the muscles deeper in your abdomen.
I of course can not guarentee this is your solution but I know that doctors are quick to go to the extreme surgical answer when it's not always the best option or the only option.
Your muscles are weak and can not hold everything in place. It makes since that strengthening them would help put things back.
Have you tried Kegels? Not just here or there but as a workout routine? I have had friends who went back to normal just by strengthening the pelvic floor.
I had a partial hysterectomy when I was 23; they left my ovaries so I still ovulated and didn't have premature menopause. I bet they can leave your ovaries too. Ask your doc. If so, then no worries. I have never regretted the hysterectomy. I was MORE than happy to give up my periods!
Prolapse was a big fear for me after baby # 1 and feeling loose. I ended up having 2 kids and no prolapse issues. I even took a prolapse class (learned some exercises) and never did them again. Kinda like pilates (which I personally never cared for). I found Pilates classes very expensive and slow (boring to me).
Another exercise class that may help is CrossFit. You can watch CrossFit videos on youtube of what it's like. Don't let it intimidate you. Know that it's very intense and just follow your gut as to what you can and should do (listen to your body). For example, I refused to run for a long time, and did the rower instead.
Another mom (2 births) who became addicted to it said she noticed she felt firmer down there. So I think ANY physical fitness regimen (one that works with abs/squats, etc...) will help bring it back up.
My uterus is prolapsed also but not the bladder as far as I know. I am only 31 but am also done having babies and have been investigating options also. I have heard that if they keep your ovaries you don't go into full menopause but not sure if that is true. Meanwhile (warning TMI coming) if you have sex "doggy style" it will help tremendously lol. That is the only way we can do it without the pain you are talking about. Good luck, I will be watching your answers!
If you have had the partial hysterectomy, how was the recovery?
