I wouldn't worry, my youngest, now 2,did the same thing. her 4 bottom teeth came in before her top. I even think the 2 top outer teeth broke skin before the middle did. now she has a full mouth of healthy teeth.
Ok my youngest daughter got her 2 bottom teeth in a few months ago. She is 8 1/2 months old now. She hasn't gotten her top teeth in yet. But.....her next two bottom teeth are already coming in. I put my fingers on the upper part of her gums and I don't feel anything coming. I know most kids get there bottom teeth in first then there top. Is it odd that she is getting the four bottom ones first?

I would contact a dentist if you feel things are not going as they should. A dentists office can answer your question right over the phone.
No. Our son was the same way. He had 8 teeth on top before his two front teeth descended.
There is a general normal pattern to teeth coming-in, but I wouldn't be concerned at her age.
If she's like that in a few months, it may be worth asking a pediatric dentist or your pediatrician at a well-baby visit, but I certainly wouldn't be concerned at this point.
I hope that helps.
my daughters next set of teeth after the bottom ones were a molar. then she got one top, another molar, and the other top. there is a usual pattern, but not all kids are usual!
wow that's early! my son got his teeth in all the exactly wrong order.
he's 4.
he has all his teeth.
no worries : )
I think the top 4 and the bottom four are the first to come in and the first to come out when the big teeth are ready.
One thing I've learned since becoming a mom is that my kids don't always follow what's normal! One of my twins didn't get his first tooth until 9 months, and it was only one. Then, his top two came in. Then, his bottom came in much later. When his molars started, his top two came in, and we're still waiting for the bottom two (they're 15 months old now). So, there isn't always a normal!
My daughter got her bottom 4 teeth before her top teeth. The top ones quickly followed.
All children are different. Some get their teeth early, some get it late, some get their teeth in different order. No need to worry...your child will grow faster then you know it.
