I have fired 2 companies in the last two years (Barra House Cleaning and Bright Star Cleaning) b/c the same thing happens. For about 3-4 months they're good, then they progressively become mediocre and then poor. I catch them doing less work and trying to leave early. Frustrating! So if you know of anyone/company who is reliable please let me know.
