Hi Everyone, I looked at sittercity.com and they have so many choices in my area! There are 2 people who just sound exceptional, and I REALLY would like to join so I can contact them! My dh really does not want to to pay a service, but I don't know what else to do. So, I agreed that I would wait another month, but if we don't find someone by May 1st I'm gonna use my PC home business $$ to do this. At least it's a tax write-off! Anyone out there used sittercity.com? I would be very interested to hear your impressions.

I do know of a respite worker but she may deal only in medical respite, not sure. Does your daughter have any medical issues?
I don't know of any respite care services right now but you could contact Valley Medical Center and ask the school about support services as well. I homeschool two "typical" girls, ages 8 almost 9 and 3.5 and that takes up most of my day so I can really understand why you would choose to send your DD daughter to public school in order to make time for your other children who need your attention. I use WAVA (Washington Virtual Academy) or K-12 as my curricula andit makes it much easier to structure my day and meet the needs of my 8 year old at the appropriate level and make sure that I am not leaving "holes" in skill areas like math.
