I second the vote on Stanley Steemer. NO NO NO NO

They came to my house, finished in record time (about an hour +/- a few minutes for 7 rooms, steps and charged $40 extra for a landing on the stairway) You could not see any stains that might have been left because they "rake" the carpet to make it pretty which just covers up what does not come out until YOU vaccuum it. I complained within minutes after they left because they charged me extra for a stair landing. I told the CS rep how long the service was here and they argued with me saying that there is some timer clock from start to finish on the trucks which confirmed they were here over 1 1/2 hrs when they were here about an hour. I told the CS rep I knew how to read my clock and determine how long they were here and they continued to argue with me telling me how long the service was here, LOL. Imagine that, the CS acting like they know more about my home than I do.

I ended up getting about $30 back but will NEVER call them again.

I have used Dalworth a couple of times and I was not impressed with them because you never know what/who will show up at your door. The last time, a plain white van just showed up at my house. I would not open the door until Dalworth confirmed it was their service which contracts out with people to do the work. NO NO NO

Kiwi.........I never understood that process. Looks like they are rubbing the dirt into the carpet. It smelled good after they left, but I can get that effect with Carpet Fresh.

I've learned to do it myself. I am on my 3rd Bissell with a water heater on it. Works great. Yes, time consuming but no one will take and care and effort I take to clean My house.

Hi I am slightly obsessive about carpet cleaning and I get them done alot so I want a good job but I dont want to pay alot. Well I had a technician who did a wonderful job on my carpets today. I used them because they offer 5 rooms a sofa and loveseat and chair steam cleaned for 119.00 (no limit on room size) great deal really. I added 3 rooms and a stair case and you have to pay to pretreat spots (not required but reccomended of course) but since my carpets were pretty clean except for spots since I have a dog a cat and 3 children he only had to spot pre treat and not treat the whole area which made it even cheaper. He also reccomended some other treatments but I passed on all of that scotchguard and sanitizer and blah blah blah anyhow I paid 250.00 for everything and that included 17 stairs 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms a game room and dining room.
CALL CERTIFIED ###-###-#### ask for Greg Lacry and when he comes tell him Becky Hand in allen referred you and he will do a wonderful job. Let me know if you use him and how it goes PS he was here for over 3 hours doing the house.

I am fighting with Stanley Steemer right now. They are not following through on a guarantee they made. I can highly suggest NOT using them.
