Dr. Jessica Jacob in New Hyde Park (near the GCP and LIE right on NHP road) has her own practice and is a wonderful OB/GYN and always has a great smile for you. She is absolutely up-to-date on the latest women's health issues. She delivered my 2 children, as well. She was off my insurance for my 2nd child, but I loved her so much I paid out of pocket to have her. She even has 6 or 7 kids of her own!! Super woman! Her number is ###-###-####. Dr. Monique Dufour-Jones is great! Love her! She's located on Community Drive right near the hospital. Sometimes she gets pretty busy, but if you can make an appointment earlier in the day, there shouldn't be too much of a wait.

They are professional, up to date and I have been going there for 6 years and have been in and out for every type of appointment in less than 30 minutes. The office is known for its efficiency as well. They are affiliated with Winthrop University Hosp. in Mineola. Good Luck.

She's great! Appts. run on time. Near North Shore manhassett. I picked her before I got pregnant(10 years ago) because I wanted a Doc. affiliated with a hosp. with neonatal, just in case. And Thank God because my second needed it. A friend had a horror story about baby being rushed to another hospital. Good luck!

Celia, I've been seeing Dr. Scott Nodelman of Long Island Woman's Group in Mineola for the last 20 years. The practice is a group of about six doctors. I love them and wouldn't go anywhere else. They have delivered all three of my children and helped me through a lot of ups and downs. I've even stuck with them when I lost my medical insurance and had to pay out of pocket. It was expensive for me but worth it for the peace of mind.
Besides, you can't beat the affiliation with Winthrop.
