Seeking Gynecologist with Ultrasound in Office, Around Morris County Nj

I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Karen who is located at 111 Madison Avenue in Morristown in the ONE to ONE Female Care office - right accross the street from Morristown Hospital. He and his partner Dr. Garfinkle are both excellent doctors - between the 2 of them they have deliverd my 2 youngest children, my sisters twins and my sister in-laws twins - all high risk pregnancies too.

The had just gotten a new Ultrasound machine when I was pregnant with my daughter, which takes 3d images.

I also want to add that if you had a C-Section and would like to try for a V-back - they will be all for it as long as there is nothing holding you back.

Regina Kaplan (Florham Park) has an ultrasound machine; but their office staff seem to pretty much hate their jobs, so it takes a lot of work to be a patient there. I switched from them to One-to-One Female Care, across from Morristown Memorial Hospital. They have both midwives and ob/gyns on staff, and it was a good experience. They have things very together, and yes there's an ultrasound in the office.

My only response is that you certainly don't need an ultrasound to know the position of a baby. Any proficient gynecologist could tell the baby's position by palpating your belly . I don't think there is much else an ultrasound can detect beyond the usual protocol which, i believe, is around 20 weeks when they do an anomaly check. But you are right in that if you were aware of the baby's breach position there are many exercises you can do to change its position, so maybe another doctor (and if he has an ultrasound machine, bonus) is a better idea!

I, too recommend the group on Cherry Hill Rd in Parsippany. My neighbor told me about them when I moved here and I love them.

Try Veronica Daly in Morristown and Mendham. I don't know if she's got ultrasound in her office, but she's terrific.

I love my doctors, they have an ultrasound machine right in the office so any time I visited I could ask to see my boy. It was great... Although, my son was breach when I gave birth and I too needed a C-section (he turned 24 hours after my doctor's appt and I went into labor the following day). The are located on Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany, it's a group practice by I love every doctor in there. The two I saw the most were Dr. Dawn Goldstein and Dr. Bissinger. They're great. I loved my ob gyn in Morristown - Dr Luis Fernandez, part of the Women's Care Source. it's a really big practice with male & female doctors, offices in Morristown & Denville.

I really like my OBGYNs - Drs. James and Michael Kuchera and Sarah Potash: 160 E Hanover Ave # 101, Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927, ###-###-####‎. They have an Ultrasound machine in the office and typically do the standard ones on Tuesdays. However, you have to have specific insurance to get the ultrasound in the office. I have United Health Care and needed to go to Maternal Fetal Medicine (95 Madison Ave., Morristown - across the street and associated with Morristown Memorial) to get the Ultrasounds and they were great. I also hear that Dr. Peisner of Maternal Fetal Medicine is wonderful with High Risk Pregnancy, if ever necessary for anyone.
