You can contact a big company and find out if they need help sourcing resumes - this means you go to job board sites and search for resumes to send to recruiters.....

You don't deal with sales or anything else - just you pulling resumes and sending them.

They are few and far between. Most are the MLM's and direct sales that require you to recruit, invest and sell, which also means you lose friends because in our area, we RUN FOR THE HILLS when we find out someone has signed on to one of the games.

Be creative and think outside the box. What are you good at, what do you like to do, etc.

You may be able to do accounting or admin for a small business in your area from home. Mallory has a good suggestion, several websites have been mentioned in past posts. Also, if you can tutor of have a skill you can teach, you may be able to do that out of your home too. The best of luck to you!

I work from home and love it, but it is sales. I work for Ameriplan which can be MLM, but you can work compeletly on the other aspect which is just selling the plans. I have not even asked one person in my family to purchase a plan, because I know they don't need them right now. I'm not sure it it is something you want to look into but PM me if you would like the information.

I've worked from home for 4 years - you need to be highly skilled to get legitimate jobs - my company hires people that have MA degrees. There are customer service jobs if you aren't specialized and are willing to work for $8 to $10/hr - they often provide benefits as well.

As for the sourcing suggestion below - I used to do that as a profession and it is really not in demand anymore. They want people that can use the internet to find passive job seekers - if they are a big company they already have people in HR that pull resumes off boards.

Good luck!
