When our youngest was little we did this too. It was great fun. I advertised it at the church and at the mother's day out and got some others to go in on the expenses. It worked out really well for several years of continued instruction. Our son looked forward to learning in a safe and familiar environment.
One note of protection advice: have all the other parents sign waivers releasing you of liability towards them or their children being injured either in the pool or anywhere on your property.
Second advice: have others bring everything they might want as if they are going to the community pool (If not you might lose all your towels and snacks and see this as a burden).
Be warned spontaneous lunch and play days develop from this: FUN FUN FUN for all.
