Firstly, I strongly suggest you pray before you sleep. Anything that you do while you're sleeping which you should not be doing are part of your subconcious mind. Sometimes there are deep-seated emotions that we can't release when we are awake and that are released when we sleep. If you want to really know if you are doing anything that you should be alarmed of while you're sleeping, you can actually go to a doctor. They will conduct a certain sleep test. You just have to spend several nights at the hospital because they need to observe you. I am not really sure about the procedure. Anyway, try to give time to relax.
