I found a pretty good selection at the Northville Meijer at 8 Mile and Haggerty this past Friday. You can also try Wal-Mart. I have had success finding slightly wider boots and shoese at both thiese places.
My boys both have wide feet - any suggestions on where can I find snow boots that will fit them?

stride rite and payless both have shoes that come in wide.
Usually snow boots are rounded up in size - and they usually only come in whole sizes. My son has a wide foot and his boots are typically a whole size larger as it happens that he is at a whole shoe size when we shop for winter boots. I have not seen wide size boots (though I did try to look for them when my son was about your son's age) and didn't find them in reasonably priced stores.
Also, Perko's Shoes on Five Mile Rd and Farmington Rd in Livonia has a great foot measuring service. When I go in, I tell the girl that I need what is on sale and she brings every shoe in my kids' size that is on sale - they also bring out shoes that aren't on sale, but are actually reasonable priced. My parents took me there when I was small. I still remember Mr. Perkos.
Hope this helps!
Payless and Kohls both carry a lot of their shoes/boots in wide widths.
I have a wide footed son, too. You can also go a little bigger and have them wear and extra pair of sox, too. To me, the fit of a boot isn't as critical as a shoe. Warmth is what counts!
Good luck!
Hi B.,
I asked the same question at Stride-Rite, they said boots do not come in wide sizes, just get a full size larger.
