The salt lake city sports complex has a soccer program for pre-k children. It starts this coming Saturday, so I am not sure if it is to late to register. Good luck
I am looking to get my daughter into some kind of soccer. Nothing too serious just where she can kick the ball and run around. I have looked on the internet for various places but haven't gotten anywhere. Does anyone know of a rec place that offers soccer for 3 year olds. I know she is still young but I think it would be fun for her. I live in in the sugar house area.

Find your closest rec center and they'll usually have youth soccer starting at age 3 and going up. I plan on putting my 3-year old daughter into the West Jordan soccer group.
I just read a thing today that Copperview Recreation Center has a soccer league for 3 and up. They are at 8446 S. Harrison Street (Midvale I believe). ###-###-####.
Sandy City Parks and Rec has an awesome soccer program. My girls have done their Smart Start classes and we enjoyed them. They have a Smart Start class that focuses on soccer.
I play in an adult, co-ed league at the Timpanogoes Indoor Soccer field in Lindon. They are a part of www.letsplaysoccer.com and I know they have kid's classes as well. They have a field located in Murray, since that's closer to you. You could check them out and see how you like it.
I have a little 3 year old i just signed up for soccer (indoor). We went to Marv Jensen; they are taking outdoor sign ups as of right now. Its located at 10600 s. and redwood road so a little far for you. I think Dimple Dell takes 3 years old I went there for my oldest years ago. Also, my cousin said there was a rec place in Olympus area that was taking 3 year olds. I would look in the phone book and also ask Marv Jensen when you call them if they know of any other places like them that will take your child. Be pushy and ask to talk to a coordinator because young teens work at he front desk.
The Little Gym has sports fundemental classes. I'm not sure the starting age, but my little girl and I attend a mommy and me class and absolutely love it. It's a great work out for both of us.
