wash it.
cut it in half.
take out the seeds.
(you can then cut it up into smaller chunks if you want)
brush honey on it.
Put butter on it.
Put it in a foil lined baking sheet, cut sides up.
Put it in the oven at 350 degrees.
Bake it until it is soft when poked with a fork.
You can sprinkle salt on it if you want.
SUPER EASY.
That is the best part.
And tastes REAL good.
you can then eat it, skin and all.
The skin is very healthy and full of fiber.
The ENTIRE squash is healthy and full of fiber.
Oh and my entire family, including the kids like it!
