Hello! Does anyone have a favorite stain remover that they could recommend? I am having a difficult time removing food stains from my children's clothing!

What can I do next?

Totally Toddler spray (at Meijer or Babies R Us), Fels Naptha (bar soap, found at Kroger, usually,) Zout (don't leave on for more than 24 hours) and oxi-clean free. That is my arsenal. I keep a bucket of oxi-clean/water in the laundry room and dump stuff in there as needed, we have a lot of blow-outs at our house, I have a six-month-old. It usually takes care of it. I have a designated poop brush to scrub the clothes before I put them in the bucket. Yep, these our the conversations you have when you have young children. ;) I use Zout as a last resort b/c it has taken the color of out some clothing when left on too long. Hope that helps!

M30 is the best I have ever found. I get out grass, blood, baby, grease, ground in dirt; stains. I get this at Dollar General for $1.00 and it comes in a round tub. I have never been able to get out stains like this before.

Shaklee has a wonderful line of green cleaners and the very best laundry care I have ever used. I have been using Shaklee's cleaners for over 25 years and as far as getting stains out - IF there is a stain that doesn't come out completely, all I do is put it out in the sunlight and by the end of the day that stain is completely gone!!! That is because Shaklee uses things in nature to make their cleaners and nature works with them! All is guaranteed to your satisifaction or your money back http://S..myshaklee.com/us/en/category.php?main_cat=HomeCare

Looking forward to hearing from you soon. S. R.

I typically use Amway laundry stuff (they have a pre-treat spray, and a pre-treat liquid depending on the type of stain).

I've also noticed that with some stains, I've used both pre-treats, used regular "adult" detergent, and hot water. That seems to work best.

I know how difficult food stains can be to remove from kid's clothing - and elsewhere! Melaleuca has a wonderful line of laundry products which includes their great Pre-Spot. It truly does an amazing job. If you are interested, please contact me.

That said, I have found that using Nature's Miracle does a pretty good job. It can be purchased at pet supply stores, since it is meant to clean and deodorize pet stains and odors. Use it as a pre-treatment, then wash as usual.
