Unexpected Pregnancy

My mom went against her docs advise to have an abortion when she was 44, so maybe I am biased-but no you are not to old. My mom is able to keep up with my wild and energetic 3 year old and 1 year old kids as much as any other grandmother. Yes it is really an abortion if you take the pill.

Hi, for what it's worth I found myself in the same situation I had 3 the 2 older ones were 10 and 8 and I had a 10 month old and found myself unexpectedly pregnant with #4. We (my husband and I) DID not want another child!! We were actually arguing over who would get snipped when I found out. We thought we were being careful, but things happen. With us though abortion wasn't an option. Throughout my entire pregnancy my feelings were mixed about the baby, I wasn't as into that pregnancy as I was with the others. I couldn't even bring myself to really shop for him content just to use the hand me downs from my older son..then when he was born everything clicked. I am now the proud mom of 4 children the two older are girls the 2 younger are boys and I couldn't be more blessed :) I HONESTLY can't picture my world without my little surprise baby. He completed my family. Oh and for the record after he was born no arguement my husband went and got snipped!! LOL

Hello M., I must say: Congratulations on your little surprise!
Even if you did not want anymore kids, you & your husband knew there was a chance for pregnancy. God gave you another baby!! Enjoy, sometimes we dont look a life in a positive way & forget to count our blessings.
Dont make a decision that you'll regret the rest of your life. Now You will have a perfect family of 6! God Bless!!
