This question has been asked SO many times, even the part with the britax car seats, so I suggest using the search function...bet you will get TONS of great responses. Good Luck!
Does anyone have or know of which vehicles will accomodate 3 car seats in front row? I have a britax 5 point harness booster, britax marathon, and chicco keyfit. I will need 3 row vehicle but looking into option where I can have the 3 that need buckled in front row for easy buckle and unbuckle.
shopped today...I think I'm stuck in my town and country minivan. as much as I try to switch to an suv I just can't swollow the price of the bigger vehicles nor do I want to drive a monster wehicle. I'm 5'2, its too hard on my arms to lift all my kids into their carseats. Guess my 4 yr old in the britax booster will move to the back with her brother and when he isn't around I will have to crawl back there to unbuckle her. Hopefully she will get strong and learn to press the red button. I think my husband is getting the arcdia...lucky him. I told him he could have the minivan.

I have a 2006 honda pilot. Britax marathon, Britax Frontier and a Flex-Loc Infant Car Seat baby trend brand all on the same row. The frontier is in the middle because the oldest can buckle himself and he dosent try to beat on the newborn like the 2 year old does,
I *believe* that the Toyota Sienna van with the bench seating in the first row will fit 3 car seats. We have the model w/ the 2 bucket seats, though.
Are any of your kids old enough to buckle themselves? I find that my minivan is great for three kids. Oldest in back can get in and out of her Britax. No middle seat makes for easy access then I can buckle the two in captains chairs. Mine mastered this skill around age 3.5 or 4? We are still awaiting the birth of our third, but we did it this way when my nephew visited. I had to crawl in back to help my 5 year old learn to use the buckle for the booster seat. It was a pain, so i think your emphasis really should be on getting that oldest one to work his own buckle, rather than fitting three across when you are planning three rows anyway.
My sister with 3 kids had a Nissan Murano and the Honda caravan., cant think of it's name. She also didnt want really big and is petite too. The Honda was purchased once they had the 3 for it's bells and whistles to help with the doors, etc.
Maybe that helps!
I have a GMC Yukon and 3 car seats will fit across the seat.
Seems that unless you get an SUV, minivan, or crossover, it won't be possible. My boss has 3 young children and he has a Volvo SUV for the 3 car seats. I think a minivan would be the best option, it'd be comfortable for road trips, luggage, and extra friends/relatives.
I bought a Mazda CX7 for this purpose. Nice car to drive, room for three carseats.
My husband has a GMC Sierra Denali (crew cab pick-up) and three Britax car seats fit across. I have a suburban with captain's chairs in the middle, so one seat goes in the 3rd row. But, you can get the suburban with a bench in the middle and I bet they'd fit. Good Luck! For what it's worth, we traded my Acadia for the Suburban. We needed more space, but I LOVED MY ACADIA!!!
Ford Expedition or Lincoln Navigator (same SUV). I've had an Expedition for 10 years now, and have driven on many a field trip with 6 car seats/ booster seats when my kids were little. ;)
My friend had three in her Honda Pilot until baby #4 came along. I don't know what brand she had (I don't think they were Britax at the time) but I know she could fit the third seat both forward and rear facing (the other two were forward).
my mom can do it in her Lexus 300.
