I am wondering if anyone has used either LA Weight Loss or Slim 4 Life to loose that unwanted baby weight? I am trying to see what products are out there and what real people have experienced with them. Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

What can I do next?

Hi M.! I have had great success using Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating. I started the first week in May, and so far I've lost about 40 pounds. My daughter is 4 now, and up to now I had been unable to get the extra weight off that I gained with her.

Good luck, and if you have any more questions, I'd be glad to answer them!

I have been on LA Weight Loss, it did work until I hit a plateu. And financially I couldn't drive there 3 times a week to weigh in. The basics of it is just to make smarter eating choices. They recommend a lot of salads, limit your beef to twice a week, soduim free turkey, and mostly chicken and fish. They have changed some things since I was on the program but this is the basic idea. I have a co-worker who went back on it and she told about the changes they had made. When we were on it together, you couldn't eat bananas and now you can.

Hope this helps!

Hi M.,
I'm not familiar with the programs you mentioned. However, I started an "inch" loss program 3 weeks ago and so far have lost 8 lbs and 3 1/2" from my waist. This program is different because it helps you lose the flabby fat and keep the muscle. You can get more information at www.sicinch.com

I have never tried any of those programs, but I have successfully done Weight Watchers twice and am on the maintenance part of WW right now. I couldn't be happier and it is much more affordable than the two that you mentioned. I did it completely online, but I know several women who attended the meetings as well and found those very beneficial.
