Your stomach is just below your rib cage located between the esophagus and the intestines. Lower pain is the intestines. It sound like gas. More details would help.

I get crampy when I'm in that fertile time. The books and stuff on it say it is right when you ovulate and only lasts a few hours (middlesmerz?). It's like I can feel the eggs enlarging or something. Can last a few days for me but not usually a week. I do start a little cramping about a week before my period too. After having a baby, I feel more stuff in my abdoment than ever before.

If it's still there on Monday, though, I'd put a call in to your doctor.
