What Is Your Favorite Janis Joplin's Song?

Bobbi Magee!! But now you have Piece of My heart stuck in my head!

I was never real real fond of Janis Joplin but did like Bobby McGee.. and then last year Chrystal on American Idol sounded so much like her, and I sorta got to thinking how good Janis really was way back then. Still like the song.

Hard to beat Me & Bobby McGee or Mercedes Benz....

I Love Bobby McGee - it very sign-along-able. :)
But my all time favorite Joplin song is White Rabbit with Janis and Jefferson Airplane.

I have been listening to her for over 20 years - she was one of my favorites when I was growing up.

Think I need to go play some music now.

LOVE Janis!

Mercedes Benz since I was about 6. Piece of my heart, Bobby Mcgee, Cry baby and Try. I love her so much!! There is so much in her music that just is soul!!! So many of the greats died way too soon!!

I saw that as well and thought she did a great job. I've always loved that song! I also love Bobby McGee. Tragic she (Janis) didn't live longer.

I often find myself randomly singing "Mercedes Benz" . I love that song as well as "Piece of my Heart" and "Me and Bobby McGee" :)
