God Bless (Child's Name). You can include the date of the confirmation too.

Similar to the others: God Bless name on one line and Confirmed April 3, 2008 on the next. We did a similar ones for baptisms and communions.

I believe I had "congratulations" on mine. I would say congratulations or "God Bless" maybe... does the baker have suggestions from what others have used?
