I am sure you've gotten ideas about home businesses, but I am going to share mine because I went from being a Speech-Language-Feeding Therapist in a hospital to staying at home (which I love), but missed my income. I started with the home business Creative Memories. I work out of the home. Someone may have told you about BeautiControl already, but in case they haven't.... it is a great direct sales business that you do from home. The business is really fun and has lots of support systems in place, so you are not alone. You do go to other people's houses to conduct the Spa Escapes. I choose to do my Spa Escapes at night and on weekends... you decide when to book your parties, it's your business.
This month the consultant joining fee is $125, normally $250 so it's half price! You get over $400 worth of product for the $125 and you get free training, a free webpage for 6 months (after that there's a small fee), and on-line and phone support. Wow T., sounds like you have your hands full with two very young ones! I have two boys, Jacob will be 3 in Aug. and Joshua will be 1 in Aug, and I am also happily married to a wonderful and supportive man for 6 years this Aug. Okay, in response to your request. I, too, looked for a long time for a job I could work from home that was actually legitimate. In November of last year, that job came to me; it was up to me decide if I had the desire to truly make a change and allow myself to start dreaming again, and I took the plunge and have never looked back. I would love to talk to you about what I do to contribute the household finances. I love it, it's fun, and there is a lot of money to be made. It is best to talk either in person or on the phone, so that you can have a full understanding, and I think if you are serious about earning an income from home, you will be open to talking to me. The reason I say it like this is because you would be surprised how many moms want to work from home, but the minute I want to actually "talk" to them vs. telling them everything over email, they back off. Unfortunately, there are very few jobs where you can make a decent income that you don't have to have relations with people. If I can't talk to you peronally, then I can't really take you seriously. Once again, I would love to share with you what I do. Meeting you in person is best, but if that isn't possible, I'd be happy to do it on the phone. It will take about 30 minutes of your time. If you do decide to devote this time to listening to an opportunity, it could perhaps be the best thing you ever decided to do, and I say that because it has changed my life in so many positive ways. It is an interesting site that has information about different home-based businesses (obviously, running this site is the home-based business of the lady who runs it... wish I could come up with an idea like that!). Anyway, I found it interesting.

T., I too was like you. I have tried several work at home businesses and I was skeptical of the scams as well. Fourtunately, my friend here in Saginaw introduced me to Arbonne International. This is such an unbelievable business to be in right now, I still have to pinch myself. This business is building an growing so quickly we just can't sometimes keep up.
