Yoga DVD for Kids and Moms

Anyone out there have any suggestions for a good beginning yoga DVD that I can do with my kids? They are 3 and 6 years old and will follow directions well (the younger one does yoga at preschool so she is familiar with several poses already). The DVD does not have to be made for kids, just one that will work for us to do together.
Thanks in advance!

We love Storyland yoga by playful planet. My DD is 4. The yoga is in a story format which keeps her engaged. I enjoy it too. I bought it on amazon : http://www.amazon.com/Storyland-Yoga-Interactive-Family-a...

My kids like to do my Rodney Yee videos with me. That just happens to be what I have, and I'm needing some new ones for the sake of variety. They are fairly basic and slow paced and good. I have a 30 minute, 60 minute, and 80 minute one. The kids (5 and 3) like him and his voice and can do the moves. They really don't do it from start to finish with me. I always set myself up with two mats on either side, and they sort of come and go. I had to enforce "don't goof off and come onto my mat" a few times, but now they know to either do it nicely, or go into the other room when they get bored. My oldest (5) can do an entire 30 session with me and most of the 60 minute one. My 3 year old, hangs in there for 5-10 minutes at a time.

It's good to just pick one YOU like and let them join in. I personally didn't want get into doing kid ones (if they have those), since my own time for fitness is very limited. They know yoga time is Mom's, but if they're really lucky and good, I'll let them "join me".

We have a Wii and do the yoga on the Wii Fit "game". I have a 2 year old and a 5 year old and they love it! The 2 year old is surprisingly very interested in it! lol But I think any beginner yoga DVD with poses that aren't too difficult for them to do would be fine! have fun!

We have Comcast and were able to find kids/mommy yoga OnDemand. Also, Netflix offers an array of yoga DVDs to pick from. I once did a pregnancy yoga routine with my 4 yr old and she loved it - the poses were easy/gentle. Have fun!
