I buy the dough in the refrigerated section of the supermarket (sometimes it's with the ready made pizzas and other ready-to-eat foods). I half-roll, half-stretch it to fit the pan (with some overhang because it pulls back) and put the toppings on top. They have a whole wheat version too. It also freezes if I somehow don't get around to it for a few days. I also find pizza is a great way to use up leftover veggies or meat, especially things like peppers or mushrooms that may be getting a little too soft or wrinkly to look great in a salad. Works for us.
