Seeking Other Moms to Be 'Diet Buddy' With
I was hesitant about getting on the scale, but I did and since I stopped nursing my son 5 months ago, I put on more weight. Before I got pregnant, I went to Jenny Craig and lost 38 lbs. and was in a size 8 pant (I would love to be smaller but I was happy with that). Jenny worked for me because since I was paying for it, I had to make it work for me (that program is expensive!). And having someone hold me accountable was key.
