Bored 14 Month Old -

Hi Moms, I am starting to think my daughter is getting bored during the day. What are some things I can do to help make the day better for her? Sadly there is one problem, I have a really bad back and cannot stand or walk for long periods of time and have a hard time taking her places on my own. My husband is home 3 days out of the week so if its on those days I can take her out.We cannot afford daycare so that is out of the question. Driving Alone with 13 Month Old

Although this will not be my first trip alone with my son, it is the first since he as been forward-facing and ACTIVE! It is a miracle if we get to daycare and home without fussing, much less 6 hours. Any ideas or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. M.

Help with Homework and Getting Work Done in School

I have a first grader who is outgoing, sweet and kind. Our problem is not getting his seat work done in class because he is too busy talking to his friends and them talking to him. When he doesn't get his work done at school he has to bring it home and finish it. This is on top of the nightly homework. This is what I have tried to get homework done.
