What (Facial) Treatments Do You Get at the Beauty Parlor ???

I did get 2 gift certificates for a beauty parlor (ok, ok, I get the hint) and have NEVER had any treatment.... I would like to go, but I have no idea what treatments would be worth the money.... Any advice ??? I'm 37, but people think I'm about 10 years younger....my skin looks very tired lately though...
