Hello, I am seeking advice from other Mom's that have experience with young Children with Asthma. My son who was born with Asthma has been on Allergy medicine and (an Albuteral inhaler as needed) from birth, He is now 9 years old and doing great in school, very little Asthma attacks! Weight Loss - How Did I Let Myself Go?

I am a 32 years old and 5 foot 7 tall. About 9 years ago my weight got up to 238 pounds. I went on weight watchers and started working out and lost 83 pounds. Now I have 2 kids, full time job, and all the responsibilities to go with it. I live out of the middle of no where and no longer have access to a gym. I just had a baby 8 months ago and haven't lost any baby weight. I've tried the new weight watchers plan but I really don't look forward to counting points and measuring everything. Seeking Chiropractor to Treat Sinusitis in Toddler (St. Paul)

My son has had seceral repeat sinus infections over the last year. He's been on countless antibiotics and steroids and an ENT removed his tonsils & adenoids in June. We were hoping that that would be the last of his problems, but now he has come down with another one- in August! I'd like to try alternative therapy and have heard good things about chiropractic for some kids. Does anyone have one they would recommend in St. Paul that workes with kids?
