Severely Anxious All the Time About My Children's Safety

hello lovely mamas, I'm in desperate need of advice; first I want to say that I don't read news, but on the rare occasion that I do there's ALWAYS a horror story about a child being , abducted, murdered etc. I get instantly paranoid about my girls safety; I have 3 daughters and I cannot tell you how many nightmares I've had about them being lost, abducted or killed and the anxiety I experience when my oldest goes to school. When to Tell 5 Year Old About Pregnancy

I'm about 4 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and I'm wondering when to tell our 5 year old son. I don't want to tell him too early just because it would be difficult to explain if something bad were to happen and I wouldn't want to crush him. ... but waiting until first trimester is over seems EONS away! When did you tell your children about a new pregnancy?

Deli Meats During Pregnancy

So .... I am officially somewhere between 4 and 6 weeks pregnant. At my check in appt. with the nurses yesterday, they said I couldn't have cold deli meat. If I wanted it, I could cook it on the stove, then eat it. But .... they also said I could cook it, then store it again in the fridge and eat it. Really? Does anyone actually know the issue with deli meat? Is it more based on proper storage? I intend to ask the doctor, but I don't have that appointment for a few more weeks. Thanks in advance for the info!

Pilates & Yoga During Pregnancy???

Hey just wondering if anyone knew anything about Yoga & Pilates during pregnnancy. I just started both about a month ago @ my local gym Neither class is prenatel & they don't offer prenatel classes @ this gym. Im about 7 weeks pregnant. Anyone have any advise??? thanks
