Suggestions for Eczema Problem

Hello, My 3year old daughter has Eczema on the top of her hands. Some days are worse than others. Right now I'm using regular fragrance free hand creams. I'm afraid to use the strong prescription creams because she still sucks her thumb.....and when she's she's sleeping....she tends to rub her eyes with that part of her hand.....have any of you used anything that seemed to work for you and your child? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
