Hello everyone, My kids is almost 7 months old and we started rice cereal since he was 4 mos old. He had a stomach flu a month ago when he started day care and since then, he has projectile vomiting when I tried to put him on rice cereal again. I have been tring Gerber brand. For the last day or so my 7-month old seems to be working very hard to get out clay-like poop. He has always been fairly dramatic when he poops, but today he seemed to push on and off all morning before getting out a gumball-sized turd. Is he constipated? If so, what can I do? He is breastfeeding, taking one bottle of formula per day, and eating lots of things like rice, bananas, avocados, zucchini, carrots, apples, pears, etc. Do the rice, bananas and/or avocados constipate him? He drinks some water but not much. Should I try juice?
