Help! White Coat Phobic Needs New GYN
Hi, I know it sounds silly but my ob/gyn retired and I am looking for a new one. I have real anxiety about all doctors and need someone that is warm, caring, gentle, and will put me at ease. My blood pressure goes up and I worry for days before the appointment. No bad experiences before, just have always had the anxiety. I would prefer one in the Mesa area as I like to get there quickly. If you suffer from the same or know of a good doctor please give advice or a recommendation. Thanks!
