Baby Carrier Recommendations?

I just found out that I'm expecting my third baby. I'm wanting to get a carrier that I really love, this time. I'm looking for something that is VERY comfortable, I can put on/take off quickly, and is versatile for all sizes of babies. (Although I mostly expect to use it for the new baby, I may also occasionally want to carry my toddler in it.) What Do I Really Need for a Second Baby?

Prior to being on bed rest I did not want a second baby shower. I was so fortunate to receive so many gifts the first time around! Being on bed rest really changed my mind. I am marking the days until this shower which will happen after I pass 32 weeks, and my doctor has given me permission to attend and sit up at the party! Infant Sleep Advice

I have a sweet newborn. he is my second baby. The first had all kinds of difficulities the first 4-6 months of life so its all kind of a fog. now that he is 2 and the newborn is 7 weeks old I am needing some help. Daytime sleep for infant is not happening unless I hold/rock him. This obviously does not work with the 2 yr old running around. I have speedread/reviewed Babywise, Healthy Sleep Habits, and the Happiest Baby on the Block. I am now just so not sure what to do. I wish someone could just tell me what is best for my baby but...

Baby Carriers or Slings?

Any advice on baby carriers for newborns and beyond six months? Feedback on pros/cons on brands like the ERGO, Baby Bjorn, Beco and Infantino backpack carrier would be great. I'd also love to hear feedback on reasons why someone would use a sling (I'm a bit afraid to use it given the recent recall) vs. carrier. Thanks!
