Severe Diaper Rash

Hi everyone. I have a problem. My son, who is 2 1/2 came home with this god aweful diaper rash with blisters from daycare. All weekend we tried everything, neosporin, triple paste, A&D and nothing helped because he is holding his bowel movements and screaming in pain because a little will come out at a time from him trying to hold it. I took him to an after hours clinic last night and they gave me burn cream for it. But the problem is, it is not having a chance to heal because he won't "poop" He just squeezes his cheeks together and...

Need Help! on Vacation W/ 3 1/2 Year Old Girl Says Bath Hurts Her Vagina.

Im on vacation in FL with the fam and my 3 1/2 year old won't take a bath. Two nights in a row now I've tried to bathe her and she screams that the water hurts her private area. She says both her vagina and her bottom. I tried luke warm water one night and cool water the next but both appear to hurt her. She does not complain when she urinates and her urine appears normal (no blood and not cloudy). The area is red but not REALLY red and it does not appear to be a diaper rash (she still wears a pull up at night). Anyone have any...

Diaper Ointment off Plush Animals

How do you get diaper ointment off plush/stuffed animals. My daughters decided to play doctor or something with their stuffed animals and a couple got smothered with diaper cream. I have no problem throwing them away as a consequence. However, one of the stuffed animals was mine as a child and is special for me. Yes, I know I shouldn't have had it in their rooms. Anyway, now I"m trying to get A&D ointment out of this vintage stuffed Mickey. Any tips or tricks? Thanks
