Fine Motor Development
My ds, at 7 months old, shows little to no interest in toys. He rarely reaches out for objects other than my hands. He loves playing with my hands and face, though. He's a little slow, but mostly on track for hos gross motor milestones- very close to sitting up on his own, pushing up on his hands and knees- but I'm starting to get really worried about his lack of interest in manipulating things with his hands. Anyone else have a similar experience? What happened? At the last well child visit, the ped said if he didn't pick up in that area...
