Allergist Cannot Confirm nor Deny My 7Mo Has Asthma

Okay, I had you all about the asthma before on my 7 mo old. They have him on asthma regimen, and he was only in green zone for 3 days this last month. He has been in the Er twice since he got out of the hospital a month ago. So, today, we finally get to the allergist, and I was so glad. His asthma is not in control, and they had not given him more steroids even though he has been in the Red for quite some time. Suggestion for 8 Year Old Who Is Always Stuffy and Coughing

My son who just turned 8 for most of his life coughs in the morning and when hes physically active. Hes always stuffy and congested. The Dr. just prescribes allergy medicine which doesn't help. A Chiropractor did help for about a year but now its come back. When I was pregnant they gave me steroids to develop his lungs when I went into pre-term labor. As well as other medications and I'm wondering if these had an impact on him.
