Struggling with Weight Issues
I am trying to lose weight, and don't seem to know quite how, and what is the best way.. I did start doing TaeBo which I totally love.. but then I sprained my ankle and had to take some time away from excersising.. but now I stay home all day with my kids, and then I get dinner ready, watch a little tv with the family, and then head out to work at 9pm to 1am... Then I come home and crash.. so I am having a hard time trying to get the energy to work out the next day, especially if I have to wake up at 7:15 in the morning to answer the door...
