Sounds like a reaction, whether or not your ped agrees. Our friend's kid had the same thing happen and took him to the chiropractor to be adjusted. Many of the symptoms subsided, since the vaccines can cause brain swelling and he had a headache, so getting him adjusted calmed his nervous system down, but he was never the same.
