Any Advice on Baby Formulas??

I'm just curious what people's opinions are on infant formula. I used Enfamil with my son, which is outrageously expensive. Then with my daughter I used Good Start Essentials, which was fairly reasonable but hard to find. Now I'm pregnant...due in a few weeks. I'm wondering what people think about using Parent's Choice. It's a lot cheaper than Enfamil and Simlac...any feedback would be appreciated.

What can I do next?

The last time I priced the difference between Enfamil and Parent's Choice is was only cents. I did this at Walmart.
I did look into WIC and we were approved. I didn't really need the milk, juice etc but I did need the help for formula.

I had afriend who was a little hesitant to try it but said it is exactly like the regular brands. I would definitely go with it.

When I started using formula, I used Parents Choice with all three of my children. My first one was a soy baby and the other two were on regular. I had a wonderful experience and had no problems.

I used enfamil with my son I found it was cheaper than similac. Did you know you can go to the enfamil website and sign up for their coupons and welcome gifts. It was quite a savings coupons ranged from $3-7 off a can. My son is 2.5 and he did just fine .I supplemented with forula the first several months as when he was born he was very jauncied and my milk wasn't coming in fast enough. evntually I switched to formula full time. I'm married to a great guyI'm 42 and have a awesome 2.5 year old son. If you have'n been to their website please check it out.

But just in case you are not planning on breastfeeding, there is a great formula available at Sam's. It is their house brand and I have had several daycare kids on it with no issues whatsoever. I believe there is a milk based one as well as soy based. It is a huge can for around $20. Good luck!

I have a 6 1/2 month old that I have been giving the Parent's Choice almost since the beginning. It is a lot more affordable and I have had no problems with it. They even have Soy now if you baby has digestive problems. They have formula with the DHA and ARA just like the expensive brands. I had talked with my pedititrican about it early on and he told me it was just fine using and that most of the formulas are actually made all at the same place just packaged and sold differently. I highly recommend saving the money and using the parent's choice, that way you have more money for toys and such :)
Hope that helps!
Sam
