Hello everyone - I am extremely particular about housecleaning, but I just don't have time to do it myself with a new baby and going back to work.
I've tried 3 cleaning services so far and they left milk stains on my wood floors in the kitchen and did a totally sloppy job - these milk stains came out immediately when I mopped it up myself.
I have a 1600 sq ft, 3 bedroom condo and have paid all 3 services around $80 per cleaning. I would be willing to pay up to $100 if someone would just offer immaculate service and leave the place spotless.
Anyone have any cleaning people recos for extremely discriminating clients like myself?

Also, the rates are reasonable.
We have a wonderful cleaning lady, Carmen, who works SO HARD! She is so sweet and so detail-oriented. I couldn't possibly get my house as clean as she does.

Hello, Have you found a service that you like? I have two people who could do a great job. They will work for that amount and they will just split it. (Two would work faster than one). If you are interested, would you want them to bring the cleaning supplies or you provide them?. If you don't like (which I doubt) how they did the job, you can pay only half.
