Could be a stomach bug.
Call your doctor in the morning. Sometimes advice nurse will walk you through it.
My son did that a few times. Depending upon the case.....he was usually not sick but I panicked anyway.
He, too, was on Similac formula.
Sometimes I just think it didn't sit well. If it's persistent, it would be a definite worry but still call the doctor just to be safe. Hang in there, relax a little, do not try to give another bottle for 30 mins afterwards and can you try to support him putting him at an angle after he eats like in a baby swing or I used to put my son back down in his cradle after first holding him for about 30 mins and I put his cradle up on a step to create an angle for him. That helped wonders.

It could be reflux. Call her pediatrician and make an appt. 3 of my children needed prescriptions for reflux when they were babies. Might be something else like lactose intolerance or milk protein allergy. The doctor would know better than any of us. I wouldn't start giving Pedialyte at her age w/o seeing her doctor. You could try gas drops though. Call pedi for dosing instructions.

Take her off cows milk based formula. If you are not working you can restart your breast milk and for certain she won't have the vomiting and gas. Doctors and big pharma want your baby to be sick so they recommend formula. Do you know of any other mammals feeding their babies formula?

She throws up the whole bottle but only 2 times in 3 days or overall during several feedings she threw up the equivalent of 2 bottles or.......? If she has a fever and isn't keeping any formula down she has a bug and needs only a small amount of liquid to keep her hydrated. Pedialyte is one brand good for this or you can use sterilized water.

She could have colic, be sensitive to this formula, sensitive or allergic to dairy, or have GERD. If she's throwing up a whole bottle at a time, you could be feeding her too much. Her stomach is about the size of her fist.
She could also need to be burped more often during the feeding.

Try burping her several times during the feed. Hold her so that her stomach isn't compressed. Be sure to hold or keep her upright for 30 minutes after feeding her. This will help if it's GERD. If I remember correctly at 2 months she should probably only be drinking 2-3 ozs. at a time.

If this doesn't help, you could try a non-dairy formula. I'd stay away from soy. Soy is highly allergenic.

If this continues, talk with her pediatrician.
