P.M.
My son has also been somewhat picky. he's 27 months now, and I can see he is willing to try some new things. He also will not eat mac & cheese, and until recently he wouldn't touch chicken nuggets. He started daycare at 21 months, and he sees other kids eat and he'll try it, so for me if I want to introduce new foods I send it to school. His breakfast consists of toast with butter and jelly, french toast sticks, and grits. he basically eats the same for lunch and dinner. He'll eat rice almost every day with either beef or chicken. He'll also eat spagetti, with no meat. He'll eat fine as long as it falls within those foods. He also loves fruits, but not veggies. I hide the veggies so he doesn't realize he's eating it. I think keep introducing some new things even if he doesn't eat it. He'll eventually turn around.
