Yep..you can just go and have dinner and play. I have spent many a day at Chuckie Hell (out pet name for it..LOL) when my kids were little. They love it though so go have fun!
Im getting kind of bored with this one indoor playground I take my son to and was wondering if my son and I can just go in to Chuck e cheese and play, or is the place only for RSVP party type things? I mean, do they have like an open play policy?

You can go and play. I got a coupon for tons of tokens, and use about 30 or so for an afternoon, then we go back a few weeks later and use the left over tokens. We don't even order food.
Chuck E Cheese is an awesome place to take them to play during the week. My friends and I used to go all the time when the kids were little. If you go midweek in the morning you practically have the place to yourself. We always ate there but you don't have to. I would stay far away on weekends though. I heard on a radio show that there are more calls to police from Chuckes on the weekend than from bars!
Open play policy - I had my son's birthday party there last month and we just walked right in and took over a small section of the place and played for a couple of hours. The only time you have to RSVP is when you want to reserve the party space. Other than that - go in at anytime - I prefer in mornings before the crowds come in. Have fun!!!! Oh you can register online with them and get special coupons for tokens - way cheaper that way.
Its where a kid can be a kid ...anyone is welcomed!
Of course!
They're happy to take anyone's money for tokens and pizza!
Ok, so you can go and openly play at any time, I prefer to get there early in the am because it is cleaner -- fewer germs from other people around rubbing thier nose on their hand and touching etc ... we pretty much only go for bday parties but once my son is "officially potty trained" meaning only one accident a week or less then we will go there and have a "pull up burining party" (no pull ups will be hurt during the party) but something to celebrate this.
Make sure you print some coupons off the internet before you go. I sign up for the emails. They have great coupons for free tokens and such! Have fun!
You can just go and play. At the ones around me are 2/3 is pay games (so they make tons of money anyway if you do not eat there) the other third is a climb/tube/whatever thingy.
The salad bar, at least the one I go to, is pretty good and depending on which cook is there the pizza is ok.
Hmmmm I have not gone in about a year, maybe I will be going next week since it is still cold and snowy here :)
You can just go, no need to RSVP unless you want to reserve a room or something for a party - have fun!
Sure you can. We take our son there just to play quite alot. Sometimes we only buy tokens and no food. The other day we were there and the booth we were sitting at had a game right in front of it and for at least an hour (not exagerating a bit) this older lady in her late 60's early 70's played this game the whole time. She was by herself, just in there playing games!!
Google it, check newspapers, and if you have school aged kids, bring your report cards for free tokens. You can go anytime you want, and if you research it and wait...you can save a ton of $$ with their deals and stuff.
Avoid it like the plague on weekends...it is a nightmare!
I have gone to ChuckECheese to just play...and don't tell, but I brought our lunch! I just had to pay for the coin things so they could play the games.
It wasn't my plan to bring lunch, but the museum (where you CAN bring lunch) was closed, so we were trying to think of a fun place to go. I don't advocate bringing lunch, you could probably get in trouble.
But, I know you don't have to buy pizza or be part of a party...you can just go to play the games!
You can go to just play in the climber if thats what your talking about. All the games you need tokens for. So plan on buying tokens. but yes its free for the climber.
No, you can just go and play. Its disgusting there, but you're always welcome. Lol.
Anybody can go there and play.
It is not only for parties.
We just go and play on rainy days. We dont buy food either. If their food tasted good I would buy it but I think its gross. Sometimes I will get a soda but thats it. Never had any problems. If you have little ones it great to go early in the morning. The one here opens at 9 so we usually get there between 9 and 10. Then we get out of there before it gets busy at lunch time. We usually go with our play group and make a day out of it and after playing all morning we all go have lunch together.
Have fun playing. Also go sign up on thier web site and you will get some great deals on tokens.
