If you haven't been preventing pregnancy, you very well may be pregnant, given your symptoms. However, the true test will be to wait and see if you get your period (or not), and of course, taking a test. It's possible too that your PMS symptoms changed up a bit this month. That happens to me once in a while. My breasts will hurt for a few months in a row and then not for a while, and then back again. Because I'm on the pill, I don't think much of it, but if you're not using contraceptives, then your symptoms could mean either. You sound excited about possibly being pregnant... it's hard to wait, but that's the best way to answer your question. Good luck :)
