Donate Baby Food

I'd suggest the food pantry - they could definitely use it. It's located at the Ashland community center lower level open 9 - 1 (3 days/week) but you can also dropit off at the post office, fire station and Shaws (front of store has bin for the food pantry)

I do not know where your food pantry is in Ashland, but I have 3 ideas. Local grocery stores usually have bins to donate food for your local food pantry. Any church should know of a young mothers' shelter that could use baby food. And when in doubt, you can always pick up the phone and dial 211, and you will get the state-wide United Way hotline, and they will be able to connect you will local agencies.

The Ashland Food Pantry (at the Community Center on 135) ALWAYS needs baby food! They serve several families with very young children. If they don't need it at any given time, they call around to other pantries to find out who is in need and then send it over.

The is probably a local food pantry in your area that would love to have some babyfood on hand.

You can post it on freecycle.com. If you don't know about freecycle, its a group run through yahoogroups. Its regional so each geographical area has their own (if its been set up). Its a free system to you can post things to give away (not a pay system like Craigslist). They have all sorts of stuff, and lots of great kid stuff.

do you have a local food pantry? i am sure they'd love to take it! otherwise check w/a religious organization (church synagogue) in your town and they can put you in touch w/someone who will want it...good luck

I would call your town hall and ask where the nearest food bank is. they are alwasy in need of food and baby food is something that most people do not give. I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated.

Any food pantry would be thrilled to accept this. If you can't find one in Ashland, let me know and I will come pick it up. I live in Westboro and our food pantry will happily send you a thank you which you can use to take a charitable deduction off your taxes.
Food pantries have many more clients now that so many have lost jobs, and there are few food drives at this time of year. Happy to help out!

Does your town have a food pantry or discretionary fund. I would suggest to donate it there.

Hello PC. Sometimes the local Hospital's have a program for women who can't afford anything for their baby's - you might want to check with you hospital and see if they have a program. I know that is where I took my diapers that ran small. But this was in VA I don't know if MA does anything like that. But it is worth a try. Good luck!

The Ashland Food Pantry is running low on baby food of all kinds. cereals, jarred food etc.

They're also in need of tissues, paper towels, coffee/tea,mac/cheese, large juice, children's snacks (cookies,crackers,goldfish,granola bars) White rice, pasta sauce, shelf-stable milk

Drop food off at the Ashland Post Office, Town Hall and Community Center.
