No, me too! I would love to know, but I struggle with the money part of this way to loose weight. I hear the commercials on WNGC with Mobey in the Morning and think wow - if it was only that easy.

I have found that taking sublingual B12 supplement found in the vitamin section at Kroger to work AWESOME for me personally. I tried hydroxycut and felt shakey and didn't like the energy it gave me. I think I had a B12 deficiency and when I took the sublingual(this is liquid that you drop under tongue for 30 seconds in order for it to absorb into your glands in your mouth to get the maximum benefit) I tried the pills but your body doesn't absorb as much. The B12 does not taste bad at all either. I have used it for weeks and don't feel like I have to take a nap everyday like before. I love the extra energy I have now. Again I found it at Kroger. It was only about $6 and lasts for 59 days. Great deal!

Be really careful with diets pills. If they do work quickly, it's not good for your body. Your best bet is to start a good exercise program. Eat a lot of fresh food as apposed to packaged. They are healthier and end up being more cost efficient. It's also a way to go a little green. Less trash to toss if you buy fresh vs. packaged. Change all of your pasta to whole wheat & white rice to brown. They have more flavor & nutrients in them. Try to cut down on sugar. Drink lots of water. Avoid sports drinks. A lot of them (like Gatorade) have high fructose corn syrup and lots of sodium. Stick with good ol' water. Put lemon slices in the freezer and pop them in your water for a little flavor. Last, when you are getting a little munchy and want to snack, eat an apple and then brush your teeth. Your mouth produces different kinds of saliva. When you brush your teeth, saliva that is produced when you are full is also produced. Sounds crazy but it totally works. Good luck!!!

No I haven't but I have used the Shaklee Cinch plan, the multi vitamin/booster that is part of it and found it worked great. I took the multi vitamin that goes with it and felt great and didn't fell nearly as hungry. I used the whole plan for a while and other times just the multi. I have a friend using the multi too and she thinks it is the best part! If you want more info just let me know. It is totaly good for your health not just your weight which is even better in my book and has 100% money back guarantee if you are not totally satisfied with it. I know that is not what you were looking for but here it is just in case you don't like what you hear about the other product or what people say. I know I hesitate to take anything as the weight los industry has so many companies out just to make money and they don't make sure the product is 100% safe before it is on the market.

Sincerely,
K.

Hello A.,

Bought, paid for, taken, and still 20lbs over weight. I took the a.m. and p.m. formulas and drank nothing but water like the program outlines, started going to the gym (I still do and love it) and saw no results. Dont waste you money. Eat right and exercise. 80% of losing weight is what you eat. In 2009, I am making lifestyle changes and if you really want to lose weight I think that is all it takes. There is a great website for dieters. http://www.sparkpeople.com/ It gives detailed workouts and recipes, demos of workouts, and nutrition chart. Get out, get active, and eat right. Have a great day!

Hi A.,

My husband lost over 110 pounds taking an absorbable multivitamin and has kept the weight off. All weight problems, too much OR too little, are caused by nutritional issues. I lost 20 myself as did my sister in law and my husband's best friend lost over 50. When you understand how the body works, it can be quite simple. Let me know if you are interested and I can tell you what he used and how easy it was to keep off. It was also inexpensive.

Regards,

M.

Hi A.! Good news! Arbonne International JUST came out (this week) with their new FIGURE 8 HEALTHY LIVING & Weight Loss line. It is GOOD FOR YOU (safe) and natural (plant based). The supplement is wonderful (my mom has lost weight using it alone), called GOING GOING GONE and my husband has been using the protein shakes for meal replacements once a day and lost 5 lbs in a month. Those who use the WHOLE plan (which has a journal and recipes with an 8 week challenge on the site) have lost LOTS. Find out more at: www.gwenhalsey.myarbonne.com, Shop Online, What's New and/or: http://www.gofigure8.com/ then click on Success Stories. Please call me if you have questions or if I can help you in any way! Dearly, G. ###-###-####.
