I have a few recipes that we enjoy as a family. I was hoping somecan help me. I am trying to figure out the calories per serving. WE ae trying to eat better and lose weight. Anyone know how to do this?

It takes a little time, but it's not that hard. First you need to read the labels of all the ingredients. Write down how many calories per serving and multiply how many servings were used in the recipe. For example, 50 calories per serving and 2.5 servings were used, then the whole dish contains 125 calories of that ingredient. Do this for everything in the recipe and then add up all the totals. Then divide that number by how many servings the recipe makes.
I'm not sure how to find out how many calories are in non-labeled food such as fruits & veggies. But I hope this helps you.
